My Acid Kuba Kuba Review And 20% Discount Offer

Acid Kuba Kuba Sumatra RobustoThe Acid Kuba Kuba Sumatra Robusto appeals to a huge number of cigar smokers and even some non-regular smokers. The reason is that the Kuba Kuba is an “Infused”, or flavored, cigar. It still contains just as much tobacco as other non-flavored varieties, but the infused flavor gives it an aroma that doesn’t offend most non-smokers.

This is my Acid Kuba Kuba review after smoking a 24-count box of them over the course of several months, plus I’ll share the reactions of some of my friends who also partook in the flavored fun. Also, if you follow along to the bottom, I’ll show you how you can get up to a 20% discount on Acid Kuba Kuba cigars yourself.

Acid Kuba Kuba Sumatra Robusto Review

Most seasoned cigar smokers tend to have a very negative opinion of any type of infused or flavored cigars. They likely hold this opinion because they grew accustomed to the typical bold flavor of regular, non-flavored cigars. While I appreciate everyone’s ability to follow their own passions and desires, I don’t understand the absolute looks of disdain when one of these “aficionados” starts blasting blends such as the Acid Kuba Kuba, or most other Acid cigars for that matter.

The truth is, smoking a Kuba Kuba is almost like smoking candy or potpourri. The tobacco is still definitely there, and you know you are smoking a cigar, but the aroma in the air is extremely pleasant, even to non-smokers. The wrapper’s flavor is very sweet on the lips, and everyone I’ve ever shared one with has agreed that it’s one of the best cigars they’ve ever had. Admittedly, most of my friends are not regular cigar smokers, so your mileage may vary.

Even my wife has enjoyed a couple of these beauties, and trust me, it’s not easy to get her to smoke any cigar, let alone a full one. So, if you’re new to the cigar scene or if you’re just in the mood to try something light and refreshing, I highly recommend the Acid Kuba Kuba, although I’ve only ever tried the Sumatra Robusto blend. A few other options exist in the Acid lineup, but I can’t vouch for any of them.

About The Acid Kuba Kuba

The cigar itself is produced in Nicaragua, and it measures 5 inches long with a 54 gauge width, making it a very standard-sized cigar. It contains long filler material which, combined with the Sumatra wrapper, product a very mild smoke. Some sites label it as mild-medium, but I’d consider it much more on the mild side myself.

The cigar is hand-rolled, so each one is specially crafted to contain a unique blend of rich, quality tobacco. All of the Kuba Kubas I’ve smoked have been very easy to maintain a draw. I did have a couple that needed a re-light partway through, but that could have easily been my own fault for not keeping a steady pace on my draws. The wrapper stays together throughout the smoke, so you probably won’t have any flakiness, provided you keep them stored at the proper humidity.

Acid Kuba Kuba Conclusion (and Discount!)

I’m giving the Acid Kuba Kuba Sumatra Robusto a 5/5. I don’t consider myself to be a seasoned expert in this field, but I’ve smoked enough cigars to know what I like and don’t like. If you’re a fan of medium-bodied cigars most of the time, definitely give the Kuba Kuba a shot. The smoke will seem fairly mild, but the overall flavor and enjoyment is hard to beat.
